A Look Back on 2023 and what to Expect in 2024 from B4

2023 has been a bumper year of over 70 events for B4 across our two communities in Oxfordshire and Shropshire with 2024 promising even more in terms of a bumper events calendar and some exciting new additions to the increasing list of benefits for B4 Members.

With the appointment of Tina as our Events Manager in January this year we have certainly seen a marked increase in not only the frequency of B4 events but also the quality. Making more use of B4 HQ near Bicester and exploring some exciting new venues such as Silverstone, Soho Farmhouse, Keble College, Hundred Hills Winery & Vineyards, Daylesford and RH Aynho Park we have registered well over 2,000 guests for our events in 2023.

The range of events has also been impressive with a good mix of learning and social occasions all designed to help our Members build connections, knowledge and have great experiences. The introduction of our Ecosystems has been a popular addition with Members enjoying excellent conversations around the subjects of better business, sustainability, HR & wellbeing, finance and business development. Taking place either at B4 HQ or client premises, the ecosystems are fantastic opportunities to build connections with Members that share a focus and interest in the subject matter, helping them to build a valuable mini-network of like-minded contacts.

Members have also had the opportunity to understand each other’s challenges with the introduction of our CEO and Leaders roundtables which have featured leaders from Rhodes House, Owen Mumford, Unipart and SMS Environmental with the roundtables kicking off in 2024 at Astroscale.

If you’re considering joining B4 in 2024 there will be at least one event every week for you or your teams to enjoy and whilst we don’t expect our Members to attend every event, by giving access to other members of your team, it certainly helps to give opportunities to attend more events than if membership is restricted to one person per organisation.

We’re also excited to launch our new B4 Rewards App in association with B4 Platinum Members, Boostworks. This will give team members the opportunity to benefit from a wide range of offers from the likes of Sainsburys, IKEA, Samsung and Costa Coffee not to mention local offers that we’ll be organising from the likes of Blenheim Palace and Brasserie Blanc.

If you’re a start-up and would like to benefit from B4 Membership for 12 months then why not consider applying for our Start Up Membership? We’ve got 6 Memberships up for grabs which are free for 12 months. Contact Richard at the e-mail below if you would like to find out more.

With fantastic opportunities to connect, learn and enjoy amazing experiences, why not consider B4 Membership for your organisation in 2024? If you would like to join us for our first B4 Classic Event of the year at B4 HQ on 11th January or receive our Membership brochure, please contact richard@b4-business.com.
