B4 Announces Three-Year Platinum Partnership with Oxford University RFC
B4 is delighted to announce a new three-year partnership with Oxford University Rugby Football Club (OURFC), with the historic club joining the B4 network as a Strategic Partner – Rugby & Leadership.
The agreement marks the beginning of a closer relationship between two organisations committed to excellence, leadership and strong communities. As part of the partnership, B4 will also become an official partner of OURFC, creating new opportunities for B4 members to engage with this prestigious rugby institution.
Through the partnership, B4 members will enjoy a range of exclusive benefits including access to tickets for Blues fixtures and opportunities to attend Six Nations matches at Twickenham.
Richard Rosser, CEO of B4, said: “We are absolutely delighted to welcome Oxford University RFC as Platinum Members of B4 and to begin what we believe will be a highly rewarding partnership for both organisations. OURFC represents excellence, heritage and leadership — values that resonate strongly with our network of business leaders. We look forward to creating opportunities for our members to connect with the club and support some exciting initiatives together over the coming years.”
Scott Hall, Commercial Adviser at Oxford University RFC, added: “We are thrilled to be partnering with B4 and joining such a dynamic and influential business community. The partnership provides a fantastic opportunity to build new relationships with local and regional businesses while also creating exciting events and experiences around the club. We’re particularly looking forward to working together on new initiatives that will bring the worlds of sport and business even closer together.”
As part of the partnership, OURFC has also been announced as a Partner of Raise and one of the locations for next year’s 323 Challenge, a fundraising initiative led by B4 as part of its annual charity fundraiser, Raise.
In January this year, B4’s CEO and Founder of Raise, Richard Rosser, completed 10,000 press-ups as part of the Raise campaign, which in total generated £74,000 for 12 local charities. In November — now known as ‘Raise Month’ — OURFC will host the 323 Challenge on one day during the month, inviting players, supporters and business leaders to take part by completing 323 press-ups. Anyone interested in hosting the 323 Challenge next year is encouraged to contact B4.
OURFC will also support the Raise campaign throughout 2026 by contributing merchandise for the various fundraising raffles taking place during the year.
The partnership will also see B4 supporting the OURFC Corporate Clash Touch Tournament taking place on Friday 26th June. The event is centred around networking, enjoyment and inclusive touch rugby for all abilities, with a fantastic mix of Oxford businesses already involved. Companies can enter teams into the tournament, while individuals are also welcome to attend on the day to network and enjoy the occasion.
If there is sufficient interest from B4 members, OURFC will put together a dedicated B4 team for the tournament. Anyone interested in taking part can contact Scott Hall directly at partnerships@ourfc.org.

The partnership between B4 and Oxford University RFC reflects a shared commitment to building strong communities through leadership, collaboration and opportunity.
