His executive career spans 25 years as Director of Corporate Affairs at Unipart Group, where he also led a £5m management consultancy specialising in learning and knowledge management. He also held senior executive roles at Barclays and IBM.
A former Responsible Business Ambassador for HRH the Prince of Wales, Frank has worked across business, academia and the public sector to build collaborative networks and drive responsible growth. He has held leadership roles at Business in the Community, and has been an industrial fellow at Oxford Brookes University.
Tina thrives on turning ideas into memorable experiences. With a strong background at Bicester Village, Worton Hall, and B4 National, she has extensive experience in planning and delivering events of all sizes. Combining creativity with meticulous organisation, Tina ensures every detail is executed flawlessly from concept through to completion. She is highly skilled in managing venues, coordinating suppliers, and overseeing event logistics, while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Tina takes pride in delivering a diverse range of high-impact events across corporate and hospitality sectors, including breakfasts, lunches, and formal dinners. Her proactive, personable approach, attention to detail, and calm professionalism ensure every event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression.
Sue’s role in the Family Business is to quietly stay in the background. Her role is to look after accounts and credit control. However, she does try to keep the offices in order and open security gates if needed. Quietly proud of the team knowing Colin would be too. Unfortunately no longer with us but as founder he created and loved B4 like we all do. Sue does often attend the amazing events we hold and can be seen chatting away to our wonderful B4 Members
Jo Monk heads up the Media team at B4 and serves as the primary point of contact for members looking to publish press releases and share news updates. She plays a key role in ensuring member content is professionally presented and effectively communicated to the wider business community. With over 14 years’ experience working as a Virtual Assistant, Jo brings a wealth of knowledge gained across a diverse range of industries.
Her broad experience enables her to understand the unique needs of each member, providing tailored support and ensuring a seamless publishing process. Jo is passionate about helping businesses raise their profile and maximise the impact of their communications through B4’s media channels.
Sophie Wood brings over five years of experience as a virtual assistant to her role on the B4 membership team, where she has been a valued part of the organisation for two and a half years. Day to day, Sophie manages member communications, CRM operations, social media content for events, and membership administration, acting as a first point of contact for member queries and support. Sophie’s people-first approach makes her a natural fit for the membership team, where understanding relationships and values matters just as much as managing processes.
Across her career, Sophie has worked with businesses spanning multiple sectors, taking on responsibilities including process development, marketing, web design, graphic design and social media. Her commitment to excellence was recognised when she was selected as a Finalist for Virtual Assistant of the Year at the Strategic PA Awards 2024.

Today, B4 brings together many of the region’s most high-profile organisations, including Blenheim Palace, Unipart and Oxford University, delivering over 60 high-quality events each year at exceptional venues such as Rhodes House, Keble College, Soho Farmhouse, RH England, Le Manoir and Silverstone Heritage Museum.

John Hoy is an Oxfordshire-based independent heritage consultant and, alongside a number of Non-Executive Director roles, serves as Chair of the Silverstone Museum. He brings more than three decades of leadership experience across some of the UK’s most significant historic estates and visitor destinations.
Through senior executive roles at Blenheim Palace, where he served as CEO for 14 years, and at Castle Howard, also as CEO, John has led complex heritage environments that successfully combine conservation, commercial performance, education and public engagement.
He has extensive experience in estate management, visitor operations, capital projects and governance. This expertise is complemented by his service as a Board Member for Visit England from 2011 to 2019, where he contributed to national tourism strategy and destination growth.
Peter McLintock is a corporate finance lawyer and currently holds an ambassadorial role with Mills & Reeve, where he connects clients, colleagues and markets across the Golden Triangle and the Ox-Cam Growth Corridor.
He was a founder and former leader of Mills & Reeve’s Oxford office, which opened in 2022 and has since developed into a dynamic hub supporting sectors including life sciences, technology, education, real estate investment and private wealth.
Peter has extensive experience in buying, selling and funding businesses, with particular expertise in venture capital and private equity transactions. He is passionate about supporting clients in developing their businesses, markets and long-term strategies.

Jo Stevens is Managing Director of Oxford Innovation Space, the largest innovation space network across the UK and Ireland, encompassing over 32 locations. The organisation supports more than 870 early-stage science, technology and innovation-led companies across nearly one million square feet of space, with a focus on commercialisation of research, placemaking, regeneration and growth.
She leverages her strategic expertise and extensive network to create and deliver value for the organisations she works with.
