With over 35 years’ experience, Oxford Innovation Space has been appointed to manage FBC Clerkenwell in the London borough of Islington. FBC Clerkenwell is an established family-run, flexible workspace that has been dedicated to supporting small businesses for the last 40 years, including Zego, Patch Plants, Karma Drinks, Deliveroo and Movember. The site is a former 1930’s printworks and also houses the London Metropolitan Archives. It was one of the first serviced office providers in London and has helped a variety of diverse and interesting businesses to grow and flourish over the years.

The Oxford Trust, the charity encouraging the pursuit of science and enterprise, has welcomed five new occupiers during lockdown across its two Oxford innovation centres: The Oxford Centre for Innovation next to Oxford Castle and The Wood Centre for Innovation in Headington’s Global Health & Life Sciences District. In addition, two current occupiers have taken expansion space, bringing the total new space taken during lockdown to 4,000 sq ft.
