People Ecosystem Roundtable discussion at B4 HQ

We’re trying something new for our next People Ecosystem Roundtable in September!

To increase value in terms of your take away, we will be following a new process to dive into one business challenge, to unpick it and explore potential solutions. This is a powerful way of solving problems and sharing good practice using the range of expertise in the room. Everyone will leave with greater insight and strategies for overcoming potential barriers in work.  During the week prior to the Ecosystem, look out an invitation to be the company that presents an issue for the group to work through with you.

We will then hear from a guest speaker. Duncan Targett of On Targett Consulting asks, ‘Do you have a clear philosophy for developing your talent?’ He will help you craft one for your organisation. You’ll walk away with a draft that you can refine and agree with your broader leadership team.

We’re kicking off the meeting at 9am so arrive from 8.30am to grab some breakfast before sitting down.

To join B4 members and learn and develop your practice with Ian Mundy of You Consultancy, Lisa LLoyd of It’s Time for Change,  and special guest Duncan Targett, of On Targett Consulting, book your place.

Special guest

For much of the past 25 years, Duncan has worked in commercial roles across Data & Technology, Sports, FMCG, Retail and Consultancy, for organisations including PepsiCo, Disney, dunnhumby and Ted Baker. Since 2018, he’s combined his HR expertise and commercial perspective to develop and implement impactful talent development strategies, aligning Performance Management, Talent & Succession Planning and Learning & Development to overall business strategies.

With experience of consulting with C-level teams at large and mid-sized organisations, Duncan understands how to operate at pace; diagnosing issues & solutions quickly and efficiently, whilst building strong rapport with clients and key stakeholders. This has led to Duncan individually coaching leaders, which is a capability that he’s developing further, through the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching at Henley Business School.

Having worked lived and worked internationally, Duncan passionately believes that in any country, employees can and should be an organisation’s most valuable asset.
