Weston Park

About

Weston Park is no ordinary stately home. Set amongst 1,000 acres of Capability Brown landscaped parkland and the former home to the Earls of Bradford, Weston has a rich history, an internationally important art collection and all the grandeur you would expect from a stately home – but with a very modern outlook.

The House and its collections are not hidden behind ropes as we operate as an exclusive use venue. With its tranquil location, 28 bedrooms and easy access to major train stations and airports, Weston is a highly sought-after venue for private house parties, weddings, corporate events, and celebrations. Guests enjoy exclusive use of the House, alongside five-star service from a dedicated team of butlers, chefs, and housekeepers.

The grounds of Weston Park combine 1,000 acres of natural beauty and three centuries of garden design. The formal lines of the 19th century gardens fuse dramatically with the naturalistic style fashioned by Capability Brown in the 18th century. The park is home to outdoor events, large and small, throughout the year including the Midland Game Fair, CamperJam and Food and Craft Festivals.

Over in the Granary, the restored 1767 Great Barn on the estate, our Head Chef and their brigade serve up simple, seasonally inspired dishes all year round. Diners can enjoy easy eating in a relaxed and laid-back atmosphere in the Brasserie or handmade pizza and waffles in our Granary Pizza & Waffle Kitchen.

During the summer months the estate is open for visitors to explore and enjoy.

Gifted to the nation in 1986 by Richard, the current and 7th Earl of Bradford, Weston is now owned and maintained by the Weston Park Foundation, an independent charitable trust. All proceeds go directly to the Foundation for the ongoing maintenance and conservation of the estate.
