It has been demonstrated that those companies that not only survive but thrive are those who invest time and money in building and retaining their people, and create a team.

With this in mind, I would like to talk about how teams can be built, protected and retained, and how this is going to be crucial as and when the lockdown is lifted and people return to some sense of normal working.
