You will all be aware of SMART goals, and that if you cannot measure your performance then you cannot properly evaluate your success. So, key performance indicators (KPIs) are religiously set and recorded in many businesses, but are they used properly?
Setting and recording of these KPIs is important, but what you do with the information that they give you is the vital part. This is where the true power of data in your business can lead to proactive decisions being made, and your goals achieved.
So, I want to look at proactive decision making based on KPIs.
