This event is suitable for beginners and any level of chocolate making expertise.

About Milissa

“Nine years ago, at age 16, I started as a Saturday Girl at Tutu Chocolates, completely unaware that artisan couverture chocolate would not only change my perception but my life! I soon became a passionate Chocolatier’s Apprentice, delving into the science and art of chocolate crafting. Tutu Chocolates was founded by Zoe Haynes in 2011 and I worked for Zoe for 5 years, before broadening my knowledge by working at other chocolate shops – but my heart remained with Tutu! When Zoe decided to retire, I seized the opportunity, becoming the proud owner in January 2023, aged 23. Since taking over I have rebranded, with new packaging, logo, website and products with more new products to come, turning Tutu Chocolates into a more luxurious and sustainable company, with a commitment to handcrafting new and beloved chocolates for all to enjoy.
