Covid-19 will we think inevitably continue to dominate government time in the months ahead, leaving less room for other legal changes. However, there are other things in the pipeline. Nicola Wallbank, Partner at Julian Taylor Solicitors, will recap recent changes to employment law and outline some of the reforms on the horizon including imminent changes to the off payroll working rules, potential changes to non-compete clauses in employment contracts, and reform to enhance redundancy protection for pregnant employees and those returning from maternity leave.
