B4 One: The Connection Between Wellbeing and Work Performance with Darren Aston
B4 One invited Darren Aston of Aston & James along to talk all things office and how it can motivate staff.
Continuing from our talk at BIO2020 we will be sharing our thoughts and considerations in what support we all need in supporting a healthy setup in the new office and now at home. What does healthy productivity look like? We are all having to adapt now more than ever in how and where we work. It is easy to fall into bad habits and not reassess and implement the changes to support ourselves and our teams to stay healthy and productive.
About Darren:
My role and experience have developed since my first role in telesales through to eventually progressing to Managing Director and owner in April 2012. I head up a diverse family business with an experienced team which includes 5 of my family. Continuing to learn from others and share our knowledge and experience.
