B4 One: How to achieve Workplace Wellbeing with a Disparate Workforce with Sridhar Iyengar
Homeworking has been around for decades, but is usually done by those who choose it to suit their lifestyle.
With millions around the world being forced to suddenly home work due to the pandemic, the practice is now rising. Some may stay working from home, some may take a hybrid approach with part in office and part home working and all who can will likely be advised by Governments to work from home if they can when there is more risk, until a vaccine is found to help contain the pandemic.
With so much disruption to routine and regularity, and with many working from home for the first time, how can both employers and employees ensure they have a healthy work environment and the now disparate workplace offers wellbeing to those within it?
About:
Sridhar Iyengar is Head of Europe at Zoho Corporation, a cloud business company which offers 45+ business apps to run every aspect of an organisation. Zohos 9k+ employees globally have been working from home since early March so Sridhar is talking to us today about how to achieve workplace wellbeing with a disparate workforce.
