Private Client Lawyer, Catherine Morgan Recognised as a Top Family Law Specialist by Eprivateclient
Blake Morgan lawyer Catherine Morgan has been recognised as ‘one to watch’ by the eprivateclient Top 35 under 35 list.
The rankings recognise and promote rising stars of the private client practitioner community who are under the age of 35.
Catherine, a senior associate based in Oxford, specialises in divorce proceedings and matrimonial finances, Children Act matters and nuptial agreements. She joined the firm in 2008, qualifying into family law in 2010, and is experienced in handling complex cases for high net worth clients with substantial assets. Catherine is praised by her clients for being “knowledgeable, diligent, discreet and a firm negotiator” and recognised by the legal directories for being a well-regarded associate on divorce and separation proceedings as well as financial remedy cases.
Private Client Partner, Helen Bunker, commented: “Cat is a highly valued member of our family team and I would like to congratulate her on such a great achievement. She has built an enviable reputation within the private law community and provides an outstanding service to our clients.”
Following the announcement by eprivateclient, Catherine will attend a reception event where she will have the opportunity to network with leading private client lawyers and fellow members of the Top 35 list.
Commenting on the listing, she said: ” Having trained and qualified at Blake Morgan, I have been privileged to have had the opportunity to help our clients secure a positive outcome to often extremely difficult and sensitive situations in their lives. I would like to thank eprivateclient for recognising my expertise in handling complex family law cases.”
Blake Morgan offers a wide range of traditional private client services and takes pride in niche offerings to provide joined up advice to high net worth clients, who include business owners and entrepreneurs and their families. This is either as part of a wider wealth protection strategy, or to help them to deal with life’s twists and turns, including the challenges thrown up by modern or ‘blended’ families – and often across different jurisdictions.
The private client team recently launched BM Life Stages – a series of three reports shining a light on the complexities of modern life. The reports cover a range of topics to ensure clients are aware of the opportunities they have available to support their families both now and in the future.
