Blake Morgan renews B4 membership to help strengthen business relations

The membership also allows the leading law firm, a Platinum member, to give back to this skilled and diverse community with legal expertise.

Commercial Partner Penny Rinta-Suksi led Blake Morgan’s collaboration with B4, ensuring the renewal centres connection and growth. Blake Morgan has an excellent reputation in the Thames Valley for providing employment law advice. Employment lawyer Tom Pimenta has already given a brief overview of the Bill to the B4 Community on 19 June but with updates expected throughout the rest of this year and 2026, the law firm have set up an Employment Rights Bill Hub. This pulls together insights on what employers need to know regarding what has been described as the biggest upgrade to workers’ rights in a generation. 

The Employment Rights Bill will strengthen workers’ rights introducing measures such as protection against exploitative zero hours contracts and fire and rehire as well as greater rights around pregnancy and parental leave.
