Blake Morgan confirmed again as a top 50 inclusive employer

Blake Morgan has been ranked in 39th place for the 2020 / 21 edition of the guide and this means the firm has been listed in the top 50 for four years running, representing a continued push from the firm to be a leading employer.

The rankings – a definitive list of UK organisations that promote inclusion across all protected characteristics throughout each level of employment – identify employers who lead the way across all strands of diversity – age, disability, gender, LGBT, race, faith, and religion. To be considered for the rankings, the firm was required to provide significant evidence of their work in a range of areas, including recruitment procedures, training, workforce data and diversity related initiatives and education.
