Leader as Coach
As a business, do you know the benefit of your leaders developing coaching skills? We’d be delighted to speak to you about our upcoming programme, Leader as Coach.
We will be running this course for a fourth time this autumn due to popular demand, read on below about what one of our previous participants had to say:
“The Leader as Coach course gave me confidence to help trainees achieve their goals without giving them the answers. I will use the coaching approach when dealing with trainees and colleagues.” Peter Munthali, Consultant, NHS
The next course begins Wednesday 8th November and runs until April. You can do the course as a 4 day course or gain academic credits at masters level by opting for the 5 day course.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us: obbs-bee@brookes.ac.uk
