Engaging the Next Generation at BIO2020
At a time when the next generation is facing considerable uncertainty, B4, organisers of BIO2020, Oxfordshire’s largest B2B event, is delighted to announce that one hundred complimentary tickets for this year’s event, from 2nd to 4th June, will be made available to students and career leaders in Oxfordshire.
The tickets will be distributed through the schools and colleges network by Oxfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership (OxLEP) and the tickets are being sponsored by NX.
OxLEP’s role is to champion Oxfordshire’s economic potential, acting as a catalyst and convener to drive a dynamic, sustainable and growing economy. NX is a network of 18-30 year olds from creative, entrepreneurial, academic and professional backgrounds. NX was established to support this demographic through events, which help them develop various skills, interact with their local business communities as well as further their own personal development.
OxLEP’s Sue Lawson commented, “We are delighted to be working with NX to provide one hundred students and career leaders with a unique opportunity to benefit from the amazing line up of speakers at BIO2020 this year. Young people are living through unprecedented times however, BIO2020 will demonstrate that there are lots of opportunities to engage with businesses that are flourishing despite the obvious economic challenges.”
Ed Rosser of NX added, “NX was set up to provide hope to the next generation that no matter what your circumstances, you can do anything in this world. If just one student is inspired into following their dreams from listening to speakers at BIO2020, then this will have been a success.”
On Wednesday 3rd June at 3pm, don’t miss the Apprentice Panel
