COEL: The Way We Work Survey
Are your workers coming back to the workplace? How are they feeling about it?
With ingenuity and experience in offering innovative workplace solutions, COEL is teaming up with Talent Glue Business Psychology to conduct exciting research into the impact of the last year on the way we work. What have people missed about going to their company’s fixed abode?
We’d really like you to be involved in this research which is focused on our local business community in Cambridgeshire. The research will examine what we miss about the workplace with a focus on the social and physical aspects which we may be yearning for after a long period of absence.
As a thank you for being involved in our research, each person can enter our prize draw and be in the chance of winning one of three Fitzbillies Champagne Tuck Boxes gifted by COEL or one of three one to one coaching sessions with Kelly.
As an employer, we especially welcome your involvement and that of your teams. It’s a great opportunity to gain a bit of an insight into how your people are feeling about work and the workplace right now. If you would like to involve your teams, as a thank you for your involvement, we will create a report for you which will provide valuable insight into the impact the last year has had on your team as well as what they are hoping for moving forward.
To access the survey, you can simply click on the link below. The survey takes about two minutes to complete. Feel free to share with friends and colleagues, we’ve attached a flyer to help you share with others. We would like to encourage as many people to take part as possible.
