Blenheim Palace Food Festival – 20th-22nd August
Dame Mary Berry joins the impressive line-up of world-class chefs and experts attending the festival.
For the seventh year, Fantastic Food Festivals will return to magnificent Blenheim Palace on Friday 20th – Sunday 22nd August 2021 for a gastronomic weekend packed with engaging and informative demonstrations from celebrity and local chefs, as well as an abundance of regional food and drink stallholders.
Kickstarting the incredible festival line-up on the Friday is one of the country’s best loved cookery writers and television personalities, Dame Mary Berry with a Q&A session followed by a book signing. Genaro Contaldo, TV chef Dean Edwards, Masterchef Champions Kenny Tutt and Thomas Frake, Bake-Off star Karen Wright and Wholefood Warrior Eva Humphries will also feature in the Festival Kitchen amongst many other foodie experts throughout the weekend.
Festival Managing Director Angus Chilvers comments: “We’re delighted to return to beautiful Blenheim Palace with another fantastic food festival for all the family!” Angus continues: “We look forward to welcoming some of the country’s top talented celebrity chefs and experts to the Festival Kitchen who will be on hand to answer questions and provide some valuable cooking tips.” Angus continues: “Expect a wide variety of high quality and exciting food choices, often unavailable from supermarkets including flaky buttery baked treats, award-winning cheeses, the tastiest international street food and craft beer, artisan gins, cocktails and mocktails to quench your thirst. The Festival will also feature a range of Vegan and Vegetarian options from organic seasonal fruit and vegetables to mouth-watering ice-cream and even some vegan prosecco!”
A passionate community of foodies, producers, chefs and stallholders will gather at the festival to celebrate the delicious regional produce within the stunning grounds of the palace.
With 2000 acres of extraordinary parkland and formal gardens there is plenty of space to let the children run wild and explore. The glorious backdrop of the Palace and grounds is the perfect setting to enjoy a family picnic of food and drink from the festival.
To attend the festival you will need a Park & Garden ticket or entry is free with a valid annual pass.
Adult tickets £15.00, Child tickets £6.40, Concession tickets £12.00 or a Family ticket £36.40.
