Blake Morgan Announced as a Top Family Law Firm
Blake Morgan has been recognised once again as one of the UK’s top firms for family law.
Launched on 17 June, eprivateclient’s Top Family Law Firms 2019 singles out the UK’s top firms for advice on issues such as divorce and separation, pre-nuptial, post-nuptial and cohabitation agreements, surrogacy, and child protection. Law firms from across the country are assessed for inclusion based on a range of factors, and – in 2019 – only 52 family law practices met the required grade for inclusion in the rankings.
This is the second year Blake Morgan’s family law practice has been featured in the list and follows the firm’s inclusion in eprivateclient’s Top Law Firm rankings in April 2019.
Helen Bunker, Partner at Blake Morgan, said: “Family law is a complex and sensitive discipline, and the best firms operating in the field are those that can deliver practical advice while recognising the personal challenges a client may be facing. We’re proud of our ability to build relationships with our clients based on trust and integrity and we’re delighted to be recognised once again as a top law firm for family law.”
The announcement also builds on Blake Morgan’s recent successes in both the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners 2019 directories, where Blake Morgan was listed as a top tier firm for family law and private wealth.
Blake Morgan offers a wide range of traditional private client services and takes pride in niche offerings to provide joined up advice to high net worth clients, who include business owners and entrepreneurs and their families. This is either as part of a wider wealth protection strategy, or to help them to deal with life’s twists and turns, including the challenges thrown up by modern or ‘blended’ families – and often across different jurisdictions.
The private client team recently launched BM Life Stages – a series of three reports shining a light on the complexities of modern life. The reports cover a range of topics to ensure clients are aware of the opportunities they have available to support their families both now and in the future.
