3 ways that engaging with Oxford Brookes Business School can help your organisation
At Oxford Brookes Business School we engage, partner and work proactively with businesses locally, nationally and internationally to ensure that our students are fully equipped to make positive contributions to society, industry and the environment.
We work with companies to deliver apprenticeships, undergraduate and postgraduate courses including our global MBA, undertaking joint research projects, placement opportunities and numerous other ways.
How can working with the Business School help your organisation?
By engaging and working together, you will be able to:
- access relevant research and insights
- create bespoke training programmes with leading experts
- engage with and support enthusiastic students for guest lectures, projects and placements.
We currently have two projects we’d like to let you know about.
CLIENT PROJECTS
We aim to offer our MSc International Business Management and MSc Management students two opportunities to work on Client Projects – the Group Consultancy module and the Individual Client Project module. This provides our students with both valuable practical experiences to enhance their CVs, and also the opportunity to make links between business practice and the theory studied on the course. Our intent is that clients have the opportunity to use student resources to complete projects they may not have time to address themselves.

VIRTUAL INTERNATIONAL STUDY TRIPS
Every year, the Business School offers international study trips to postgraduate students to visit businesses and organisations to gain perspectives on how they operate.
In 2021, we are planning for Virtual Study Trips (between 22 February and 25 March 2021) which will include presentations from management executives and experts. Students will have direct interaction (via Zoom) with presenters.
We are looking for volunteers from local, regional, national and global organisations to contribute to this programme.
