The Office for National Statistics reports that one in five adults have experienced some form of depression since Covid-19 appeared and that 84 per cent of adults admit to feeling stressed or anxious. Remote working, mounting job fears, home schooling pressures and ongoing health concerns have combined to create new employee wellbeing-related worries that business owners must be attuned to and fix.

Megan was born in Oxford and has a BA in Human Resource Management and is MCIPD qualified. For the past 18 years she has worked in Human Resources within both the private and charity sector and has extensive experience of employee relations, change management, employee engagement, pay and benefits, resourcing and training and development experience and she has supported several senior management and leadership teams.
Megan is passionate about supporting people to perform, develop and embrace change. Megan absolutely loves her current role at Blenheim as she cherishes working for a local organisation that she has grown up with as a child.
