Exploring the ‘Choice impact’ model, to understand how we can use feedback that may have jarred to learn more about ourselves. This can be a positive learning experience, as there may be stuff that others know about us and we don’t yet know about ourselves.
By the end of the workshop delegates will be able to:
- Explore the choices about the impact we have on others
- Use feedback to understand more of who we are
- Explore some practical tips and tools in making new choices about different behaviours and see what impact we have on others.
