Elle began her career in the world of glossy magazines, working her way up to Art Director at Cosmopolitan UK and designing across iconic titles like Harper’s Bazaar and Esquire. Her passion for storytelling, typography, and emotionally driven design soon expanded into a broader creative vision.
In 2011, she launched her own design business. By 2019, that vision evolved into The Creative Collective a natural extension of the collaborations, relationships, and projects she built along the way.
Today, The Creative Collective is a flexible, high-calibre network of senior creative talent, delivering bespoke design, branding, and media solutions to leading brands including Warner Bros, Discovery Channel, the BBC, Formula E, E1 Championships, Moonbug, Three UK, Craghoppers and Capital City College London to name a few.
We work across sectors from media, property, and sport to automotive, education, fashion, retail, travel, editorial, beauty, and wellbeing. Crafting standout creative with purpose and personality.
Our collective is a powerhouse of talent, bringing together award-winning designers, motion wizards (2D & 3D), illustrators, photographers, wordsmiths, creative directors, and more.
