Blenheim Palace: There is No Palace Like Home
Having visited the stunning ‘Palace of Oz’ for the annual Blenheim Christmas Lights, the ‘There is no Place Like Home’ sign in the Oz-themed Palace was a fitting reminder of how Oxfordshire’s jewel in the crown has supported B4 over the past 20 years as it’s unofficial second home and cornerstone of the B4 Community
A Week That Showcased True Partnership
Few partnerships exemplify the spirit of collaboration, generosity, and shared purpose more powerfully than the one between B4 and Blenheim Palace. Over the years, Blenheim has not only opened its doors but also its heart to the B4 community — helping us bring together the region’s leading business minds in one of the world’s most inspiring settings.
The past week perfectly illustrated Blenheim’s unwavering commitment to supporting and strengthening the B4 network. In just a few days, Blenheim:
- Hosted the B4 Platinum Breakfast in The Orangery
- Hosted the B4 Platinum Dinner in the Long Library
- Welcomed members for the CEO Circle Lunch
- And made a significant donation to the Raise’25 fund, supporting Oxfordshire’s charitable causes (see link below).
Each of these moments — whether over breakfast discussions, a black-tie dinner, or a collaborative leadership lunch — reflects Blenheim’s deep belief in the power of community and connection.
“Blenheim’s Support Has Been Transformational”
“Blenheim Palace is the undoubted foundation of the B4 community. Their faith in what we are building has been a huge factor in giving other wonderful venues across Oxfordshire the confidence to work with us. Blenheim’s team – from leadership to hospitality – consistently go above and beyond to make every event an experience to remember. On behalf of all of our members, I want to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone at Blenheim for their unwavering support and generosity.”
— Richard Rosser, CEO, B4
Building a Culture Where People Belong and Thrive
Last month, we were delighted to welcome Megan Carter to B4 to explore what makes Blenheim such a special place to work for its 500+ team members. Her insights into Blenheim’s culture and people-first approach highlight why the organisation continues to lead by example in the business and heritage community. Read the full article here.
A Shared Celebration of Milestones
As Blenheim Palace celebrates 75 years of welcoming visitors this year, B4 looks ahead to its own 20th anniversary in 2026 — a milestone we’re proud to mark alongside such a trusted and valued partner. Our collaboration continues to grow, with exciting events already on the horizon at Blenheim, including:
- The Oxfordshire Business Summit on 15th May 2026 – see www.oxfordshirebusinesssummit.com/attend
- Regular B4 Platinum Breakfasts
- The Annual Black-Tie Dinner in November
- And a very special 20th Anniversary Celebration to be announced soon

Special things happen in the B4 community because of the growing number of wonderful people that are part of it. Nobody epitomises this more than Keble’s Head of Sales, Bronwyn Friedemann. We’re delighted that she has extended Keble’s membership for another year.
