Our NEW Open Global Program has launched! Are YOU ready to join?
We are very excited to announce the launch of our new Open Global Program. This program is 100% remote and online and open to ALL senior leaders across the world from any organisation.
The Leadership Challenge CEOs and other Senior Leaders face today
The way the world is turning, it is not only desirable but wholly necessary for leaders to possess good values in full consciousness, manage their ego, improve their judgement, and have the ‘greater good’ at the forefront of their mind. In the future, leaders won’t get the commitment from their people, clients or other stakeholders unless they display these positive traits – we call them Transpersonal Leaders.
Who is this program for?
This program is specifically tailored for small cohorts of senior leaders who want to make a real sustainable difference.
It is designed for leaders who realise that to thrive in the 21st century requires leadership that fosters a strong sense of purpose, values, and fairness. Leadership that aligns those factors throughout the organisation, where performance is generated through devolved, collective accountability, and where colleagues are trusted and engaged at all levels.
What is different about this program?
This program, based on our Master’s degree accredited program is very different to attending any other kind of advanced management program. It has been designed by leaders, for leaders. The senior leaders who created the course understand exactly what was missing, having learned from their own experiences and 100s of leaders they have worked with.
They realised that leaders need to adopt strategies such as increasing self-awareness, changing behaviour patterns, and bringing values to full consciousness while improving judgements. This course is for leaders that wish to improve their decision-making, and want to learn HOW.
Why should you join this program?
This program enables you and your organisation to become more productive, agile and sustainable through empowering employees and engaging fully with all stakeholders. It helps you attract the best people and operate for the greater good!
