It’s been a year like no other, and alongside the disruption to all our lives, one of the most obvious effects of the COVID-19 pandemic has been the way the dynamic of the relationships, and interactions, between businesses and their customers have profoundly changed.
Covid-19 has turned the world on its head. There has been considerable suffering as a direct result of the epidemic, as well as due to the unprecedented measures taken in response. Nevertheless, as a global community we seem to have been successful in preventing the worst. Change is possible and we can make it happen: we have insight, resilience and tools to address the next crisis.
B4 has been a great window through which to view the continued and growing shift businesses are making to embed more positive social and environmental purpose at the heart of what they do, and I have been proud to support B4 in this direction too.
