1. Remote working – The team adapted to lockdown fairly quickly, fortunately we were reasonably well set up so that this could happen. But we did purchase laptop stands and keyboards etc to make working from home easier and more comfortable.
1. Customer care. Great opportunity to demonstrate customer care. We called up everyone of our customers just to check how they were and if there was anything we could do to help them further – had a lot of good feedback from doing this.
1. I have met, started and completed transactions with clients that I’ve never met in person.
1. We opened the office this week and although we have a capacity of 20%, it’s a great opportunity for me to get around and speak to everyone and find out how they are.
1. Contract Reassurance. University of Oxford and the venues have adopted a pandemic / COVID-19 clause which will give clients some reassurance about our responsibilities and their responsibilities.
1. Reduced rent for drivers so they don’t need to earn as much. We have been further reducing discounts on base rent for drivers who don’t have as good a week as they would do.
