Hello, I’m Luka Baggio, founder of Renew Yoga Massage, based in Bicester and Weston-on-the-Green. My work is rooted in helping people move, breathe and feel better in their bodies — whether that’s through hot yoga, warm yin, Thai yoga massage, or training future therapists.

With over a decade of teaching and hands-on bodywork experience, my focus has deepened further since becoming a mum. I now work extensively with people experiencing stress, pain, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, as well as the everyday physical demands of modern working life. Everything I offer centres on real results, proper technique and creating warm, welcoming spaces where people can genuinely reset.

One of the biggest challenges I see in workplaces today is chronic tension and fatigue. Too often, wellbeing initiatives don’t meaningfully address the body. Thai Yoga Massage and targeted yoga sessions provide something different — practical, hands-on support that improves mobility, reduces pain, supports better sleep and delivers noticeably clearer focus at work. When people feel physically supported, performance follows.
