Established in 2010, High Spec are proud to supply to pioneers in Motorsport and transfer their high-end composite knowledge and skills into new and alternative sectors; they have succeeded in taking numerous innovation projects from concept to market, inclusive of a highly commended full carbon fibre wheelchair.

High Spec’s passion for composites extends beyond manufacturing, as they are committed to inspiring the next generation of engineers. The business regularly engages with local primary schools, secondary schools, and training providers to deliver employability skill workshops, industry and career pathway insight, STEM Summer Course placements, and work experience placements. 

High Spec’s aim is to continuously develop both skills and technologies, apply innovative methods of practice to all projects with confidence, and to create an enjoyable, progressive, and diverse working environment within the local community.
