Commercial law expert strengthens services, extends Gardner Leader’s reach into Oxfordshire and also joins the B4 community
Leading Thames Valley law firm, Gardner Leader, has appointed highly experienced corporate and commercial lawyer, Sally Addis, as a Partner in the firm. Sally, along with her current team, will be based in Oxford, expanding Gardner Leader’s reach and services further into the Oxfordshire region. The firm have also recently become Members of the growing B4 business community in Oxfordshire.
With a distinguished career spanning over 25 years, Sally has a track record of advising both local businesses and large firms in the UK, and internationally.
Sally has a reputation for providing pragmatic and astute advice. She works mainly on the sales side of mergers and acquisitions but also on investments, spin-outs, restructuring, joint ventures, shareholders agreements, private equity and commercial agreements. In 2011 Sally founded Addis Law based in Oxford, working with large corporate clients, SMEs, charities, universities, and private individuals.
Sally and her group of consultants join an expanding, highly experienced team of legal professionals. Gardner Leader employs over 180 staff, working across 12 specialist teams each dedicated to providing specific services to businesses and to individuals.
Sally said: “For over ten years we’ve been providing organisations and businesses in Oxfordshire, and outside of the county, with specialist corporate and commercial legal advice. My team of consultants and I are now excited for the next step.
