Bertioli Beauty: A Sense of Scent
Introducing the inspiration behind our founding scent.͏ ͏ ͏
Scent
Our scents are designed to inspire a love of nature, encourage conscious breathing and promote beauty for the mind.
Inspired by wild spaces and their fragrant botanicals we have created healing scents of nature that embody the very essence of place.
Rich in botanical essential oils that encourage you to breathe deeply our scents transport you and immerse you in nature, harnessing the well being effect of nature and acting as a focus for both the mind and the breath.
Water Meadow
Introducing the inspiration behind our founding scent.
From the hazy fragrant swathes of delicate flowers and grasses to the birdsong and accompanying buzz, flutter and chirping of insects, a wild flower meadow is a wonderful thing, increasingly rare and threatened, they are definitely worth celebrating. In one square meter of wild flower meadow the diversity of plants which in turn support the wildlife is astonishing, meadowlands being arguably Britain’s most biodiverse habitat.
With a glorious diversity of flora and fauna, the water meadows at Thyme form an important wetland habitat. They are home to some breathtaking plantlife. In June it is a sea of wild orchids, and birdlife – from a family of native barn owls to the reed warblers who have travelled thousands of miles from sub saharan Africa to hatch and raise their young.
Scented Candle
Enriched with healing botanical essential oils of water mint, English apple blossom and thyme, our double wick scented candle fills a room with this aromatic, heady scent, instantly transporting you to the abundantly rich water meadows of Thyme.
Breathing Balm
Our breathing balm promotes deep breathing, imparting a sense of calm, focus and wellbeing.
