Bringing Oxfordshire’s finest together
Intertronics joins B4 as a PLATINUM Member in bid to increase its Oxfordshire network and share expertise with business leaders
Kidlington-based adhesives supplier Intertronics has joined Oxfordshire-based business network, B4 as a PLATINUM Member. The move allows Intertronics to interface with senior business leaders in Oxfordshire, share expertise, advise on best practice, and discuss how to tackle the business challenges of the future.
B4 actively connects the leading people from Oxfordshire-based business who value being part of a collaborative and supportive community. Its members help each other maximise any new business opportunities and tackle any problems they face, from market issues like supply chain shortages to wider geopolitical issues like the impact of the war in Ukraine on British businesses. B4’s members include High Spec Composites Ltd, Kingerlee Ltd, Plunkett Foundation, Blenheim Palace, Unipart and many more.
“B4 is a curated community of the best businesses in Oxfordshire, making it an appealing network for us to join when we were looking to grow our local connections,” explained Peter Swanson, Managing Director of Intertronics. “I am looking forward to spending time with senior business leaders in Oxfordshire and having conversations on best business practice and how to tackle business challenges, such as recruitment, the volatile energy market and supply chain disruption.”
“Having the Intertronics team join B4 as a PLATINUM Member is a marker of our group’s growing stature in the Oxfordshire business community,” commented Richard Rosser, CEO of B4. “As part of our mission to build bridges between businesses, we aim to soon have 100 active, purposeful, and responsible member organisations that collaborate, support, and inspire each other. Intertronics coming on board as a platinum member is a key step on this journey.”
Intertronics has been based in Kidlington since the late 1980s and has played an active role in the community ever since. This includes supporting local charities and hospices, and allowing each member of its team to spend a paid day each year volunteering for a charitable cause, such as baking biscuits for a community event or supporting a local youth rugby tournament.
