Freeths advises Enfuse Group on strategic investment from Agathos
Leading law firm Freeths is pleased to have advised the founders of Enfuse Group, a leading digital transformation consultancy and certified B Corp, on securing a significant strategic investment from Agathos Management LLP, a UK-focused growth investor.
The transaction marks a major milestone for Enfuse Group as it accelerates the next phase of its growth journey. The investment will support Enfuse in strengthening its core sector offerings across retail, hospitality, travel and transport and higher education, while expanding its AI-enabled and data-driven transformation services.
The Freeths Corporate team, led by Malin Svanberg Larsson, provided legal advice to Enfuse’s founding leadership team throughout the process. Malin was supported by Partners Claire Boyce and Nicola Wallbank and Associates James Allen, Lottie Beange and Freya Squizzoni.
Freeths is proud to be a certified B Corp, reflecting its ongoing commitment to balancing purpose and profit, and aligning with the values-led approach of clients like Enfuse.
Commenting on the deal, Malin Svanberg Larsson said: “It’s been a pleasure to work alongside Graeme, Harry, and the wider team at Enfuse, who have built an exceptional business with purpose at its core. This strategic investment by Agathos represents a strong alignment of values and vision. We’re proud to have played a role in helping facilitate this exciting next chapter. This transaction demonstrates our strength in providing robust but pragmatic advice to founders.”
Graeme Curwen, Co-Founder and CEO of Enfuse Group, added: “As founders, we couldn’t be happier with the exceptional service provided by Malin and the rest of the team at Freeths. Their team demonstrated unparalleled expertise and dedication, guiding us through the legals with ease. The insightful and prompt advice we received made us feel confident and supported at every step. Working with such a professional and collaborative team was truly a pleasure, and we are grateful for their unwavering commitment to our success.”
Enfuse’s Co-Founders, Graeme Curwen and Harry Vazanias, will continue to lead the business, with the support of Agathos and newly appointed Chair, Charles Vivian. The deal reflects growing investor appetite for values-led, high-growth consultancy businesses at the forefront of digital and operational transformation.
