Boardman, Hawkins & Osborne expand thriving matrimonial team
Family law specialist Stuart Webber joined the firm on 1st March 2022 as a consultant solicitor, and will be advising clients on relationship breakdown and its financial consequences.
Stuart has a wealth of experience in acting for professionals, business owners and their spouses and brings with him a decade’s family law experience in the Thames Valley.
Partner and head of the matrimonial team, Ruth Hawkins said “I am thrilled that Stuart has joined us at BH&O. Stuart is a highly-regarded family solicitor, and will be a great fit for the team. Stuart has a great deal of experience working across Oxfordshire with people considering separation and he understands the difficult financial and emotional issues clients may face when relationships break down.”
Stuart Webber said “Next month I will have been a family lawyer for ten years, and I am really pleased to be starting the next stage of my career here with the team at BH&O. I am delighted to join a team with a great reputation, strength in depth and a real focus on mediation and other forms of dispute resolution. I am looking forward to strengthening an already strong team, and building my practice not only in contentious work but also advising clients on pre-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements. I’ll be based in the Abingdon office, but can meet clients across the region, or further afield over video. ”
Stuart Webber is rated in Chambers and Partners as an Associate to Watch, and is noted in Legal 500 as being “cool, calm and collected… [he] soothes the nerves of even the most anxious client.”
