At Connection Support, we help people navigate some of life’s toughest challenges. Whether it’s supporting someone facing homelessness or mental ill-health; empowering families to create a more stable environment for their children; or helping refugees to settle into the community, we help people to rebuild their lives.

Our mission is simple: to help people become safely housed and to live as independently as possible. We deliver over 30 specialist support services tackling the multiple, often interconnected issues people face. Last year alone, our charity supported over 5,000 people during their time of need.
