Moorcrofts LLP advises Riwal UK Limited as it prepares to open new North London Depot
Leading Thames Valley Law Firm, Moorcrofts’ commercial property team are advising Riwal UK Limited (Riwal UK) as it prepares to open a major new depot for London and the M1 corridor.
Riwal UK is part of Riwal Holding Group, based in the Netherlands, a global powered access specialist with operations in 16 countries. The company is an internationally renowned leader in pioneering innovative and sustainable powered access solutions for clients in the construction, aviation, renewable energy and facilities management sectors.
Over the last six months, Riwal UK has also doubled the size of the London South depot in Kent (with Moorcroft’s also advising on this) which will share responsibility for serving Riwal UK’s customers in London and the South East.
Moorcrofts’ has advised Riwal UK on the pre-let leasehold acquisition of a new 21,000 sq ft unit with 19,000sq ft external space in Prologis Park Hemel Hempstead, in Hertfordshire. The new depot is due to open in spring 2019.
Moorcrofts’ commercial property solicitor, Julia Ferguson, has been leading the legal negotiations for Riwal UK with support from Ian Hylton and Anita Johnson.
