About

I joined James Cowper Kreston in March 2021 after 11 years working with privately owned businesses at Big 4 firms. Working out of our Oxford and Reading offices, I work predominantly with UK and international private businesses and their owners. I have particular experience working with private equity portfolio companies and large owner-managed businesses.

I have significant transactions experience, including working closely with our Corporate Finance team on due diligence, buy-side and sell-side engagements. This allows me to provide clients with insight and technical expertise from the ‘other side of the fence’ to ensure clients receive holistic and commercial tax advice. No transaction or arrangement is ever the same and tax issues can raise their heads often at the most inconvenient of times. However this also means that tax opportunities can be plentiful. I enjoy helping clients solve and explore these issues and opportunities, working together to achieve a positive outcome.
