A great opportunity to join one of Oxfordshire’s most respected and experienced business figures, Mike is well known for having successfully run his family business parks for more than 20 years.
His book “Valuable” describes how he did that in an ethical way by focusing on a Social Purpose, six Behavioural Values and 18 Principles, and teaching this guidance to a growing team of 16.
Mike will be available to a limited group of eight to discuss his take on how Purpose and Values in business are impacted during an economic crisis.
Mike will initiate the discussion with some examples and would like you to join in with your stories and concerns for the future.
