IQ Capital is a dynamic investment company based in Cambridge, who back UK deep-tech entrepreneurs from seed stage to exit. After expanding rapidly, they needed a larger office space. COEL’s mandate was to follow the conceptual designs Loci Interiors had produced and create a workplace with impact; somewhere to be proud of. It had to be functional and allow for collaboration as well as an area to host events.
