The Airline offers Ukrainian refugees free travel to Oxford from Heathrow & Gatwick
Oxford Bus Company is to let Ukrainian refugees arriving in the UK free travel on its Airline service.
The luxury airline coach service provides connectivity between Heathrow and Gatwick Airports and Oxford and High Wycombe. Oxford Bus Company is extending free onward travel to Ukrainian nationals arriving at either Heathrow or Gatwick Airport, following the invasion of their country. Numerous air, rail and coach operators are offering similar support across Europe.
Passengers will need to show a valid Ukrainian passport to obtain free travel on the airline service. Currently Ukrainians must have a valid visa to enter the UK, in line with government policy on immigration, along with their passport.
Phil Southall, Oxford Bus Company Managing Director said: “In line with many major travel operators across Europe we are offering all Ukrainian nationals free travel on our airline service to help them reach safety at the difficult time.
“If any Ukrainian national needs to use our airline service all they need to do is simply show their passport to the driver to board”
