Oxford Firm Appoints Three New Partners
Leading, mid-market accountancy firm, Wellers, has promoted three of its Millennial team members to Partners, as the firm continues to stand out as a regional employer in both London and Oxfordshire.
A testament to their commitment and dedication to both Wellers and their clients, Tom Walker, Beth Whitmore, and Ben Brookes will take on the role of Partner, having progressed through the firm from trainee level.
From its offices in Oxford, Banbury, Thame, and London, Wellers implements a strategic training structure to support trainees from the beginning of their careers through to being fully-fledged accounting professionals. With a focus on managing people by being empathetic and human, employees feel valued, trusted, and recognised, allowing them to thrive and develop into leadership roles as key members of staff.
Since beginning his career at Wellers, Tom has worked with a broad range of clients from anaesthetists to zoologists. Similarly, Beth and Ben have worked with an array of businesses across the farming, construction, fulfilment, and automotive sectors.
Christina Nawrocki, Managing Partner at Wellers, comments: “We are thrilled to be welcoming Tom, Beth, and Ben into their new roles as Partners. These promotions show that we are dedicated to helping our staff progress in their careers, and that the training structure we have put in place to support the next generation of talent is working.
“What’s more, Tom, Beth and Ben are Millennials, an age group that has been singled out as being different and challenging in the workplace. But when businesses manage people by being empathetic and human, employees feel more valued, trusted, and recognised. This environment means young people, like Tom, Beth, and Ben, are able to thrive.
“These promotions are incredibly well deserved and reward all of their hard work over their career so far. We know they will continue with their fantastic contributions to the firm and play a key part in our continued growth.”
