Moorcrofts LLP advises Big Sky on strategic purchase of London photographic studios

Law Firm Moorcrofts’ corporate, commercial property and employment teams have advised Big Sky Partnership Limited (“Big Sky”) on the strategic purchase of the business of ProVision Studios, comprising of two photographic studios, adding to their portfolio of unique spaces for premium content creation.

Formed in 2004, Big Sky Studios has built their reputation for excellence in the creative industry as central London’s largest full-service studios with the hard work and enthusiasm of an efficient and highly experienced team. The well-established team already offer a knowledgeable, in-house approach, providing a range of photographic and moving images services ranging from set-building and studio bookings to catering and post production services.

Big Sky are pleased to announce the acquisition of the business of ProVision Studios, including the leasehold for a unique photographic space, located under Victorian railway arches and packed with original features and are similarly looking forward to introducing and integrating the highly-skilled team to the Big Sky post-production department.

The team is now refurbishing the space preparing for a launch of the new studio in September.

Moorcrofts’ head of corporate Teri Hunter, led the deal with support from Kate Prentis and Georgia Slater (corporate) Ian Hylton and Anita Johnson (Property).
