The merger will allow the new group to implement smart buildings which improve wellbeing, productivity and work flow with a well maintained and fully supported technology solution.
The Moorcrofts team was led by Teri Hunter (corporate partner) with support from Will Pearce (corporate partner) and Adam Forder (corporate solicitor), Lindsey Abbott (employment solicitor), Julia Ferguson (property partner) and Tim Astley (technology partner).
Kerry Overman, the Chief Executive of Ikan Projects Limited, commented:
“We were delighted to work with Moorcrofts, who have been appointed as our corporate and commercial legal team since 2014. Teri and Will had a firm grasp of the details of what was a complicated merger process, and worked to cut through to the key issues and guide us through what could have been a stressful process. The whole team at Moorcrofts worked closely with us to ensure completion pre-budget. We would be pleased to recommend Moorcrofts to others looking to sell a business.”
Teri Hunter, Moorcrofts corporate partner, commented:
“We are thrilled to have advised Kerry and the remaining shareholders of Ikan Projects, on their strategic merger. It was a pleasure to work with the whole team at Ikan Projects Limited and we look forward to continuing our working relationship as they move forward following the merger.”
