CRM’s first female director
With new starters taking their first steps in accountancy and part-qualified accountants entering the home straight of their qualification journey, CRM is bursting with talent and growth.
We are also very proud to support our more experienced staff members, whether that’s by offering flexible working arrangements, time to volunteer for local charities, and of course, making well-deserved promotions.
Our latest congratulations go to our Commercial Manager, Jessica Mason FCCA, who was recently promoted to the position of Business Development Director. Jessica qualified as an accountant 16 years ago and began her career at CRM in 2002, aged 17. Since then, she grew her career around Oxfordshire, returning to CRM in 2020.
Jessica said: “I am so proud to be appointed the first female director of CRM. I’ve had a great year as Commercial Manager, working closely with clients to help them with their accountancy requirements and to build their businesses as well as continuing to develop the CRM business profile. I am looking forward to continuing this work as Business Development Director alongside the existing CRM Directors who I have so much respect and appreciation for.”
CRM Managing Director, Tony Hobbs was delighted to offer Jessica the promotion. “I’ve never forgotten Jessica’s ambition, from the early days of her employment, to be CRM’s first female director and we are all delighted to make that ambition a reality,” he said. “Jessica has great people skills and a passion for customer care, which our colleagues and clients all benefit from.”
As CRM’s home-grown Business Development Director, Jessica will spend two-thirds of her time helping clients to develop their businesses and guiding them through some tricky processes, and one-third of her time raising the profile of CRM and helping to build on our success.
Jessica also volunteers her time and accountancy skills to manage the financial records for the local Robin Preschool in Kidlington.
If you need help with your accountancy or business strategy requirements, get in touch with Jessica and the friendly, expert team at CRM on 01865 379272.
