B4 Welcomes Oppo

‘Oppo’ is a consultancy transforming business performance through strategic clarity, culture by design and leadership everywhere. We work with business leaders and teams across all sizes and sectors to craft a strategy that differentiates them from their competitors and that everyone in the business understands, then we design a cultural operating system that delivers that strategy and we ensure your company has the leadership capabilities to get you there. We design offsites for teams to do deep work and planning as well as coaching for leaders and teams. Our leadership programmes hit different by being year-long to create sustained change and are offered as-a-service fixed monthly cost per person. 

I’m Ben, founder of Oppo and my background is as a strategic talent leader across the Oxfordshire tech and life-science sectors as well as private equity. I am certified coach and visiting fellow on leadership at Kings Business School, London. I look forward to engaging with business leaders in the B4 network and being an energetic and active member of the community.
