B4 Members of the Month – Nikki Gracey of Sobell House and Barry Grinham of Prime Energy Fitness
This month’s Member of the Month is shared between two amazing people who have both gone beyond the call of duty in many ways.
I don’t think anyone could have missed the amazing efforts of Nikki Gracey as she drove the OxTrail initiative from dawn to dusk over the past six months – and no doubt more. Of course Nikki had the help of her amazing team at Sobell House Hospice not to mention the brilliant B4 Members like Darcica and ODS who supported her along the way.
B4’s CEO, Richard Rosser, said. “Very well done to Nikki and everyone at Sobell House….it’s been a pleasure to watch you all bring the herd to life and raise so much for a brilliant charity. Your energy, spirit and never-ending smile are infectious and how you have done this AND made a significant contribution to Raise’24 is beyond me. You’re a star!”
Some people in life are only too happy to help without conditions and one such person is Barry Grinham of Prime Energy Fitness who re-joined B4 only recently having been one of our founding members. Barry is the epitome of ‘salt of the earth’ and can never do too much. He has opened many doors for B4 including to Soho Farmhouse and a wonderful recent trip to Nice.
Richard commented. “Barry is one of the most genuine and generous people you could wish to meet. He has a wicked sense of humour but someone you can 100% rely on. There are too few people in the world like Barry so if you haven’t met him, please do ask for an intro…he’s a first class personal trainer and has oodles of experience with F1 drivers and celebrities.”
Nikki and Barry will soon hopefully be enjoying a bottle of 2019 Preamble No.2 from fellow Platinum Members, Hundred Hills.

The Importance of Challenging Conversations in the Workplace
In March the People Ecosystem was lucky enough to be joined by Sally Naunton, CEO of The Bray Group. Having worked with Sally to help unpick some work challenges, I know she has a brilliant blend of being caring whilst expecting high performance and not shying away from the space that’s about tricky conversations. I spend a lot of time helping clients in this space which is why I wanted to get stuck into the subject of feedback, particularly when it feels uncomfortable and is about poor performance.
