Autumn promotions announced at Freeths
Freeths’ Oxford office is pleased to announce the recent promotion of two of its Managing Associates, Charlotte Digby and Sally Goodger.
Charlotte joined the office’s UK Top Ranked Family Wealth Team as a Solicitor in March 2015 and has been promoted to Director. She is a highly experienced Solicitor with over 7 years’ experience in dealing with complex high net worth estates. Charlotte also has extensive expertise in advising on the preparation of Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Declaration of Trusts.
Sally has also been promoted to Director and is a member of the office’s highly regarded Contentious Trusts and Probate Team. The Team is ranked as a Tier 1 Team in the South East for their experience, expertise and client service delivery by The Legal 500, 2021 Legal Directory. Sally acts for individuals and charity clients to resolve dispute arising out of challenges to Wills, claims against Estates, disputed Trusts and Probate. Clients value her breadth of knowledge and experience in delivering clear and jargon-free advice to help them work through the steps required to achieve a successful resolution. Sally has been recognised as a Recommended Lawyer and Rising Star by The Legal 500 (2021 edition), also listed as Associate to Watch in Chambers High Net-Worth Ranking (2020 edition).
