Selling Savvy has launched a comprehensive online learning programme specifically for venues and hotels who want to upskill their junior sales and event coordinators quickly and effectively.
The programme is a cost-effective way of supporting venues that may currently be surviving with the help of junior staff and is also beneficial to venues that might be taking on new starters and would like to provide a thorough overview of the event sales role and all it entails.
The programme has been written by all member of the Selling Savvy team, with a combined experience of over 80 years in hospitality and consists of 34 learnings split across 10 modules. Topics include Packages, Profit & Conversion, Client Relationships and Establishing Needs, Negotiation and Closing and Upselling. All learnings are delivered via video, PDF or PDF Tasks to keep employee engaged, learning and empowered.
A Post-Programme Assessment will also highlight strengths in the employee and report any further support required.
Kate, Founder & Director of Selling Savvy, has commented:
‘The team has invested a lot of time making sure Welcome to Sales is full of up-to-date and crucial content for inexperienced sales people, I am extremely proud of the outcome. It includes a vast amount of information for team members to work through that quickly educates them in selling more effectively. The Selling Savvy team and I are passionate about supporting venues and hotels to maximise on any revenue possible at this time.’
Feedback within the soft launch has also been glowing, including;
“There are so many great modules! The course is very easy to follow and understand and the videos add something a little different and make it more personal. All the key areas are covered and some advice in there can totally change the way people look at their venue and how they sell it.” Maddie Fleetwood, Conference and Events Specialist, Tewksbury Park
