Don’t we all need some time to relax? Book a November stay at our beautiful estates Silverlake (Dorset) or Lower Mill (The Cotswolds) and enjoy walks through falling leaves, followed by cosy log fires, or make the most of the great outdoors by hiring a mountain bike or kayaking on the lakes.
In my opinion, late September and October, has to be the best time of year. Leaves are on the turn and we can still enjoy a hint of late summer, sunny temperatures. What do we look forward to? Reading Borough Council has signed a partnership contract with the non-profit social enterprise organisation Greenwich Leisure Limited (GLL), which will now take over the operation of Reading’s four leisure centres on the Council’s behalf.
Happy New Year to you all. Another National lockdown and another pivot. Maymessy is getting good at this and, although it is frustrating closing the cookery school, we enjoy making new contacts and the reward of seeing how Oxfordshire pulls together.
